Printmaker Celia Hart.
Arts in the East feature on Celia Hart |
We are delighted to introduce the Wonderful Illustrator and Printmaker, Celia Hart!
Celia has a studio in a small village in Suffolk where she creates the most stunning designs and block prints, inspired by the East Anglian and Southern Cambridgeshire Countryside.
Her limited edition prints of animals, birds, gardens and landscapes are printed using traditional techniques inspired by Japanese and Chinese printmakers, and the English tradition of Illustrative print. Because of subtle variations in the process, each print is unique!
Celia studied design and illustration at Brighton College of Art and Design and started her career in publishing as a designer and art buyer for a major UK Publisher.
Since 1991 she has been freelance, supplying high quality digital artwork for major publishing clients.
